The screen encompasses the following items:

•"Airborne pattern", or typical combinations of sites, such as "palms/soles", etc.

•Secondary spread ("yes/no") - definition: not an extension of primary site per continuitatem, but a "jump" to other sites, e.g. from hand to trunk.

At present, the program does not impose its logic on you... This means, that if you select "Irritant Contact Dermatitis -- exclusively" as final diagnosis 1, it is up to you not to enter "Allergic Contact Dermatitis -- predominantly", as final diagnosis 2.)
